We respect your privacy and your privacy is important to us. Narwhal Technologies Inc. ("Nrwl") has created this Privacy Policy to let you know what information we collect when you visit our website, www.nrwl.io (the "Nrwl Site"), and when you enroll in any Nrwl School course. We also cover why we collect some information and how we use it. By using the Nrwl Site, and enrolling in a course on the Nrwl School, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This is our entire and exclusive Privacy Policy and it supersedes any previous version.
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Nrwl School collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the Nrwl School. This Privacy Policy applies to the School and all Courses offered by the School.
Narwhal Technologies Inc. respects all individuals' preferences concerning the collection and use of their personal information ("data"). Our goal is to run several opt-in mailing lists to be able to communicate with visitors of our website and students in our Nrwl School. Once individuals sign up, our goal is to provide our mailing-list subscribers and our website visitors with information they will find relevant. We may collect personal identification information from Nrwl School Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School. Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.

The Nrwl School may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

All emails sent by Nrwl or the Nrwl School to our Students on our mailing lists will include a single-click "Unsubscribe" link, which will direct the user to a page where they can remove their data from our database.
Unsubscribe Support
We will also continuously provide support personnel ([email protected]) who will promptly remove any user from our lists upon request, with no questions asked. Users who are removed from our lists by staff will be notified of their removal.

The School has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

By enrolling in the Nrwl School, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in the Nrwl School. Your continued enrollment in the School following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
